Our Story
[DRAFT] Every good story needs a beginning, and ours started somewhere ordinary that neither of us expected to become the center of everything. What followed was a lot of long conversations, a few terrible dates elsewhere first, and the slow, certain realization that we'd rather be doing nothing together than doing anything apart.
[DRAFT] The proposal is its own story — where it happened, who almost ruined the surprise, the version of the day we'd planned versus the one that actually unfolded. We're saving the real version for the site (and for anyone who asks in person). For now: yes was the easiest word either of us has ever said.
[DRAFT] Growing our family is next on our list, and it means more to us than almost anything else on the horizon. If you feel moved to contribute toward that chapter, our registry below includes a cash fund set aside just for it — no pressure, no expectation, just an option for anyone who asks what we actually want. Thank you for being part of the very beginning of it.

Complimentary shuttles run from the AC Hotel to all wedding events.
Text [DRAFT number] the week of the wedding for the full schedule.
[DRAFT] Driving in? A car isn't required if you're staying at either host hotel — the shuttles cover every wedding event — but complimentary parking is available at both hotels and at the venue if you'd rather have your own wheels.
Good to Know
Black tie preferred. This is our big night, so we'd love for you to go all out with us — think tuxedos, floor-length gowns, and your finest evening wear. That said, we care far more that you're there than what you're wearing, so a dark suit or cocktail look is very welcome. Each event's dress code is listed in its details up in the schedule.
Every household's invitation notes exactly who's included — check yours for the details. Some events are grown-ups-only; wherever kids are welcome, we're so glad to have them.
Most of the weekend happens indoors or under cover. Alabama in October is usually mild but can be unpredictable, so a light layer isn't a bad idea.
Complimentary parking is available at both host hotels and at the venue — see the Travel section above for the full rundown, and remember the shuttle is always an option too.
Your presence is truly the gift. If you'd still like to give something, our registry is linked below — including the fund closest to our hearts.
Text us at [DRAFT number] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can — probably between wedding errands!
